What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and analyze revenue cycle data to identify reimbursement opportunities
- Identify patterns and trends for denial management and prevention
- Track performance metrics for business process optimization and contract performance
- Prepare month-end reporting and metrics
- Manage ad hoc reporting and data analytics projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of revenue cycle experience or similar healthcare finance/data analytics background
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with pivot tables, data tables, data extraction, and custom formulas
- Ability to interpret, analyze, and provide insights from relevant data sets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of commercial and managed care insurance contracts
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or Looker
- Experience reporting with the Athena Health software system
