What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maximize cash flow while maintaining and improving internal and external efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Contribute to the success of the Revenue Cycle Management department
- Work independently and as a team to achieve department objectives
- Utilize experience with EMR/EHR and Insurance Companies to fulfill job responsibilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- 6 months of experience with general office work
- Experience with EMR/EHR
- Experience with Insurance Companies
- Full range of body motion, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Dental Revenue Cycle
- Experience with Medicaid billing
