      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gather operational and workflow requirements to document, implement, and monitor workflow processes
      - Analyze processes to identify root causes of incidents and recommend modifications
      - Create and enhance automated technical workflows while monitoring current business processes
      - Identify denial trends in claims processing and provide potential solutions
      - Document detailed technical designs for workflow automation and end-user documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle
      - 1-3 years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle/Accounts Receivable with workflow design and implementation
      - Strong professional communication skills with a focus on clear and concise documentation
      - Ability to perform detailed data analysis and troubleshoot complex technical issues
      - Intermediate skills in applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle and accounts receivable processes
      - Familiarity with research methodology, principles, and procedures
      - Proven ability to develop and present training to operations trainers and business users
