What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Post insurance payments to patients' accounts
- Balance daily batches to bank deposits
- Run transaction reports
- Communicate and document payment denials in the practice management system and to RCM partners in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Ability to independently manage workload and meet goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Revenue Cycle and/or Accounts Receivable
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
- Experience with insurance payments and posting payments
- Previous remote work experience
