What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain course curriculum for all Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) functions
- Collaborate with the Education & Development manager to ensure the effectiveness of training courses
- Mentor new Education and Development team members and assist in their professional growth
- Create and maintain training materials, including workshops, videos, and one-on-one training sessions
- Assist in the rollout of new systems, processes, or system updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of five years of individual and team training experience required
- Minimum of five years’ experience in creating training materials or e-learning modules
- Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio, and intermediate Excel skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in anesthesia
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management for physician practices
- Familiarity with AthenaIDX (formerly known as Centricity Business)
- Experience managing curriculum development or e-learning projects
- Ability to adapt training programs to a constantly changing environment
