      Candidate will become a member of the RDC (Regional Delivery Center), part of Global PMO team in Nokia. A center of excellence that delivers professional services for all Customer Delivery organizations in Nokia NI North America; serving our Customers in IP routing, Optical Networks and Fixed Access Networks; in regular and recurrent contracts, with a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining an efficient organization with well trained and motivated people.

      What you will learn and contribute to

      • As member of the RDC PM team will have the aid, collaboration, and incentive of the RDC team to develop and improve new skills and competences and to continue learning and growing in her/his position. You will be supported to be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a multi-disciplinary and multi-regional group.
      • When executing the Customer Supply Coordinator tasks in the RDC PM team, the candidate will track all processes from the time the PO is received until the material is shipped and delivered to the customer and then the revenue for material is recognized. As such, she/he contributes to ensure that all customer projects are delivered according to contractual obligations within forecasted costs, time, and required quality.
      • Candidate must learn (or show proven knowledge otherwise) Nokia Tools required and/or to be developed in daily activities like (but not limited to) SAP (QTC, BPP, BWP, P20), HW and Services Forecasting Tools, PO log, Epic, ELF.

      As part of our team, you will:

      • The role of Customer Supply Coordinator supports Nokia supply management tasks to convert backlog into revenue.
      • Contribute to all tasks related to e2e supply chain in daily business/order execution like constraints solving and escalation management.
      • Manage communication with key stakeholders (PM, CSM, …) with respect POD (Proof of Delivery) and Transportation tracking coordination with TOCT (Transport Operational Control Tower).
      • Order identification (Deployment Project vs FO) during order creation.
      • Monitor BP and QTC shipped orders to ensure they are cleared.
      • Monitor ODs for timely shipment, provide Logistics team with ship to contact information as well as notify CSM of any shipment issues.
      • Monitor Billing Due list to align with shipped list and Review Billing Blocks for invoicing purposes at end of Quarter (e.g. Orders with Maintenance).
      • Provide documentation for invoices, packing lists, tracking numbers, serial numbers, fill out template for lost shipments to initiate UPS investigation and RMA processing and tracking.

      Your skills and experience

      You have:

      • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant area.
      • At least 4 years in Supply Management as Supply Coordinator with proven experience in Supply Process meant to design, plan, execute, control, and monitor supply chain activities to synchronize supply with demand and measuring performance globally.
      • Candidate is capable to monitor, control and report financial variables like (but not limited to) backlog, sales, and equipment feasibility plan.
      • Candidate must have a good English level and excellent communication skill in English Language (at least: finished B2 or Beginning of Level 13). Considering that all customers as well as the organization which the CSC will work with are based in the United States and Canada.

      It would be nice if you also had:

      • Basic technical background/knowledge of IP Networking, Optic and Fixed Network.
      • Use of Microsoft applications (Word/Excel/Power Point.
      • Candidate must have a lot of energy and discipline to learn new tools, processes and procedures related to the North America MoO while offering at the same time her/his performing with excellence.
      • Candidate exercises teamwork skills, proactivity, commitment, and ability to build relationships, attention to Self-development.

  • About the company

      Nokia’s transition to a primary focus on telecommunications began in the 1990s. The first GSM call was made in 1991 using Nokia equipment.
