      React JS Developer

      Location – Memphis, TN (Day 1 Onsite)

      Job Description:

      React JS- 70% and React Native 30%.

      Role Overview

      We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with deep expertise in React.js and/or React Native, who can lead frontend/mobile development across platforms. You will be responsible for designing architecture, enforcing best practices, mentoring developers, and ensuring high-performance delivery for customer-facing applications.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Lead the design and development of scalable frontend/mobile architectures using React.js or React Native.

      • Select and integrate suitable UI component libraries (e.g., MUI, Chakra UI, React Native Paper, Or custom third party libraries).

      • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver robust user interfaces and mobile apps.

      • Implement performance optimizations, handle memory profiling, and debug UI bottlenecks in web/mobile environments.

      • Guide the team on modern frontend best practices: lazy loading, code splitting, accessibility (a11y), and security (XSS/CSRF protection).

      • Enforce testing strategy using Jest, React Testing Library, and detox/Appium (for React Native).

      • Perform code reviews and drive adoption of clean code principles, SOLID, and DRY practices.

      • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for web and mobile deployment via GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Bitrise.

      • Own documentation and onboarding practices for frontend/mobile codebases.

      • Interface with backend teams to define API contracts and optimize network calls.

      Must-Have Skills

      • 6+ years in frontend/mobile development, with at least 2 years in a Tech Lead role.

      • Deep expertise in React.js and/or React Native (please clarify platform in resume).

      • Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), async patterns, and build tools (Webpack, Metro).

      • Proficient in REST APIs, state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil), and query libs like React Query.

      • Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in profiling and debugging performance issues in mobile/web UIs.

      • Solid grasp of Git workflows, PR review process, and agile development practices.

      Nice-to-Have Skills

      • Experience integrating mobile apps with native modules (Android/iOS SDKs).

      • Exposure to backend technologies (Node.js, Java) to facilitate full-stack integration.

      • Familiarity with GraphQL, Storybook, and Monorepos (e.g., Nx, Turborepo).

      • Hands-on with App Store/Play Store deployments and OTA updates (CodePush, EAS).

      Soft Skills & Leadership

      • Passion for mentorship and coaching junior developers.

      • Experience conducting technical interviews and assessing frontend skills.

      • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
