  Job description:
  We are seeking a highly skilled ReactJS Developer with 4-8 years of experience to join
  our dynamic team. As a ReactJS Developer, you will be responsible for designing and
  developing user interfaces for web applications using ReactJS and related technologies.
  You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
  solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  Responsibilities:
   Develop user interfaces for web applications using ReactJS, HTML5, and CSS3.
   Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate
  requirements into functional user interfaces.
   Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
  and coding standards.
   Implement responsive designs and ensure compatibility across different browsers
  and devices.
   Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
   Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to
  established standards.
   Troubleshoot and debug issues reported in production and implement effective
  solutions.
   Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web development and
  continuously improve technical skills.
   Work in an Agile environment, participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and
  retrospective meetings.
   Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
  Requirements:
   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
   4-8 years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer with a strong
  focus on ReactJS.
   Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
   Solid understanding of ReactJS fundamentals including components, state
  management, and lifecycle methods.
   Experience with popular ReactJS libraries and frameworks such as Redux, React
  Router, etc.
   Knowledge of modern frontend build tools and package managers (Webpack,
  Babel, npm, yarn).
   Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
   Experience with version control systems such as Git.
   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
