Lewis-Palmer School District 38, located in Monument, CO is looking for a Part-Time Reading Interventionist beginning with the 2025-26 school year . Hours preferred are 9:30-1:30. Must have or be eligible to receive a current Colorado teaching license with appropriate enodorsement. Must have teaching experience in reading and math instruction. A knowledge of Colorado assessments, DIBELS 8, as well as other elementary test protocols is beneficial and preferred. Must be a team player with strong communication skills.

Exact placement on the pay schedule will be determined by the Director of Human Resources upon contracting. As a guideline, we offer up to 17 years of previous contractual teaching experience for a placement of Step 18, per school board policy. This pay range is based on education and experience levels with a range of $44,550-$73,848 . The current teacher pay schedule can be found on our website. *This position is eligible for a $1,000 bonus- $500 to be paid after 90 days and $500 paid in March 2026 paycheck.
