    • Lewis-Palmer School District 38, located in Monument, CO is looking for a Part-Time Reading Interventionist beginning with the 2025-26 school year . Hours preferred are 9:30-1:30. Must have or be eligible to receive a current Colorado teaching license with appropriate enodorsement. Must have teaching experience in reading and math instruction. A knowledge of Colorado assessments, DIBELS 8, as well as other elementary test protocols is beneficial and preferred. Must be a team player with strong communication skills.

      Exact placement on the pay schedule will be determined by the Director of Human Resources upon contracting. As a guideline, we offer up to 17 years of previous contractual teaching experience for a placement of Step 18, per school board policy. This pay range is based on education and experience levels with a range of $44,550-$73,848 . The current teacher pay schedule can be found on our website.       *This position is eligible for a $1,000 bonus- $500 to be paid after 90 days and $500 paid in March 2026 paycheck.

      Full-time employees, employed at least thirty hours per week, of Lewis-Palmer School District are eligible for health insurance plans that include medical, dental, vision, and a life insurance. Lewis-Palmer does provide one plan that is of no cost to the individual. However, employees may choose from a selection of plans that include coverage additional options for individuals, employee plus spouse, employee plus children, and family plans. All employees are eligible for participation in the Colorado Public Employees Retirement Account, PERA. Paid leave is accrued in accordance with District policies and afforded to all persons in accordance with Colorado law.
