- Supervise Woodstone Recreation and Real Escapes operations and staff and upholding company standards
- Troubleshoot issues with escape room and activity registrations
- Lead the Archery program
- Monitor staff to ensure effective task completion of departmental goals and assignments
- Conflict mediation with guests and employees
- Uphold sanitization requirements for equipment
- Ensure that all accounting and end of the day paperwork is completed correctly
- Other duties as assigned by management

Job Summary
Join us on team Recreation at Massanutten Resort. Real Escapes and Woodstone Recreation include an indoor-outdoor pool, arcade, escape rooms, virtual reality arcade and a weight room as well as outdoor basketball and tennis courts. This position’s responsibilities include supervising staff, leading programs, making monetary deposits, and conflict mediation. We are looking for dynamic, customer service-oriented employees who want to put a smile on the face of all our guests at Massanutten Resort. We offer flexible schedules as well as a strong team-oriented work atmosphere.
Required
Must be 18 years or older
Current CPR certification (we will train)
Preferred
Previous supervisory experience
Cash handling experience
Knowledge of resort operations and procedures
Typical Schedule
Days:
Varies, includes weekend and holiday shifts
Hours:
Rotating: day and evening shifts
