  Responsibilities:

  1. Follow-up with leads to increase sales.
  2. Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal.
  3. “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers.
  4. Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.
  5. Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process.

  Qualifications:

  1. Current real estate license or close to taking the state test.
  2. Eagerness to learn.
  3. Great communication skills.

  Compensation:
  $87,500 - $186,500 yearly
