  • Engage with buyer and seller clients in Simi Valley, CA, to understand their specific home preferences and requirements in order to successfully close deals
  • Practice a consultative approach with clients, offering top-notch service and expert advice to nurture relationships and drive repeat business
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the Simi Valley community to address inquiries about potential properties and the neighborhood
  • Prepare written purchase offers for buyer clients in Simi Valley, CA, to facilitate a smooth and efficient closing process
