What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a strategic business partner by conducting financial analysis and modeling for property-related decisions
- Develop and maintain real estate performance analytics to support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align property strategies and capital planning
- Drive process improvements for real estate data flow and reporting efficiency
- Conduct market performance analysis to inform recommendations for store expansions or renovations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of analytics experience focused on Real Estate and Property analytics for a retail business
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with in-depth knowledge of financial statements
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in high-volume, vertically integrated retail operations
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft PowerBI
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Tango Analytics/MRI ProLease, and/or Adaptive
- CPA, CFA, and/or MBA credentials
