What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support project managers in leading capital project delivery activities for physical space
- Assist in tracking, reporting, sourcing, budgeting, and overseeing project delivery
- Create project documents and manage project data and documentation
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure project success
- Develop and implement action plans to address variances and meet client and project team needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of project management experience in the capital delivery/real estate realm
- Experience in Medical/Industrial/Commercial sectors preferred
- Strong project management knowledge and experience in planning and execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Ability to understand complex business problems and develop solutions

- Experience in ground-up construction and renovation projects
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and change management
- Self-starter attitude and ability to excel in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
