What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the preparation, negotiation, and execution of real estate loan application commitments and term sheets
- Review and negotiate loan documents in collaboration with legal counsel and stakeholders
- Oversee timely receipt and review of due diligence materials necessary for closing
- Coordinate disbursement activities, including fee reconciliation and payment of related expenses
- Maintain accurate data for transactions within the real estate transaction management platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate financing and understanding of loan closing processes
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
