- Database campaigns
- Network and nurture in-house agents and teams for commercial referrals
- Set and execute appointments
- Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys to ensure transactions are legal, accurate, and completed in a timely manner
- Provide market area research to clients to help them make educated and informed decisions
- Determine current market value of properties to ensure the best possible purchase price for customers
- Schedule and be present for all property inspections to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
- Answer all customer inquiries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- A valid real estate license is required
