What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide general administrative support for the SVP, Real Estate and the Real Estate team
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare presentations, statistical analysis, and meeting reports
- Assist with budgeting and developing spreadsheet tracking reports and expenses
- Coordinate cross-departmental outreach and maintain relationships across the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least four (4) years of experience providing administrative and project support
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Ability to prioritize workflow and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
