      This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Real Estate EHS Professional, you will be responsible for:
      • Informing, training and communicating with Real Estate Construction Project and Facilities Management Teams the Regulatory, Standard(s) and agreed-upon Contractual obligation requirements regarding Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS)
      • Evaluating Contractor performance by conducting regular Site inspections, documenting the findings and ensuring implementation of Corrective and Preventative actions in conjunction with the Project team
      • Defining appropriate Incident preventative measures in collaboration with the Project Manager and oversee Incident reviews by performing root cause analysis and sharing Lessons Learned
      • Assisting the EHS Team to maintain and implement EHS programs for Real Estate as to ensure continual improvement across all sites and RE locations
      • Support the EHS Team with comprehensive reporting and follow-up to identify trends and tendencies

      • Extensive Contractor Management experience with special emphasis in Construction activities within the Built environment
      • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Environmental, Health and Safety Professional on Construction Sites, liaising with and managing Contractors
      • Comprehensive understanding of local Legal EHS requirements (e.g., OSHA, EPA, NFPA, ANSI, CCOHS)
      • EHS support in various Projects, regardless of size and value. This will require a flexible approach, and the Technical supervision of employees, which may involve extensive travel to sites
