MAIN PURPOSE

The Intern will be a part of the Real Estate CHO Department, which operates from the head office in Amsterdam. Real Estate CHO Department is responsible for Rituals international expansion and improvement of the current portfolio. The international team supports local colleagues in their objectives of sustainable expansion and provides tools and knowhow crucial in the real estate industry.

The Intern will provide assistance to the Real Estate International team, to support with the daily tasks such as data analysis, report creation or communication with the regional teams. The main objective would be the optimization of the current Rituals portfolio by data analysis and improvement of internal processes.

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Analysis of the available data
• Deep dive cost analysis
• Help in meeting preparations with the biggest landlords
• Improvement of the tools’ performance used by the Real Estate Department
• Interaction with regional teams
• Preparation of the business cases and recommendations of the portfolio optimization
• Taking part in the sustainability project - real estate
• Arranging lease signatures

YOUR INGREDIENTS

• Currently enrolled as a student (Higher Education / University)
• Available from the 1st of February, for 32-40 hours, for 5-6 months.
• Proactive, independent and has a hands-on mentality
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid knowledge and application in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database management tools
• Cross-cultural competences, flexible approach
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent command of English (other additional languages are an advantage)
• Likes problem-solving and characterized by analytical reasoning
• Teamplayer

YOUR GAINS

The role provides a bright knowledge of the international real estate market. The intern will learn differences between countries: rent levels, laws, lease specifications and market standards. He/she will be able to sharpen their analytical skills and dive deep into available data to understand the performance of the portfolio and specifications of the stores, countries and regions.
