      Job Summary

      Real Estate Lease Analyst Intermediate, with oversight, guidance and training, is responsible to manage a portfolio of properties to ensure that real estate lease contracts / subleases (generally commercial) are administered per the terms and conditions of the contract. Novant Health and its entities may be Lessor or Lessee in these contracts.

      Qualifications

      • Education: Associates Degree, required. Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
      • Experience: Experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or Finance/Accounting, required.
      • Licensure/Certification: NC Real Estate License, preferred.
      • Additional Skills Required: Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to concurrently manage multiple tasks. Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of software, particularly Excel. Must exhibit patience and a positive attitude. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
      • Additional Skills Preferred: Experience in reviewing and analyzing commercial real estate lease documents. Knowledge of lease administration functions, including billing of base rents, escalations, and reconciliations. Working knowledge of Real Estate Lease and Property Management Software, Lucernex.
