  What We're Looking For:

  1. A motivated and hardworking individual excited to start or grow a career in real estate.
  2. A licensed Realtor or someone actively pursuing a real estate license.

  Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Conducting property showings and providing exceptional client service.
  2. Supporting lead generation efforts and contributing to the team's sales goals.
  3. Building relationships with clients and team members to foster long-term success.
  4. Gathering information about potential homes and local communities to answer buyer questions.
  5. Scheduling showings of homes with buyer clients and listing agents in a timely fashion.
  6. Assisting the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets.
  7. Helping clients determine the best offer price and assisting through closing the deal.
  8. Quickly and professionally returning buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails to ensure outstanding customer service.
  9. Lead follow-up and lead generation.
  10. Setting appointments, executing consultations, and closing sales.

  Qualifications:

  1. Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car.
  2. Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly.
  3. Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently.
  4. Driven, motivated and desires professional growth.
  5. Real Estate Sales License or the motivation to get one.

  Compensation:

  $85,000 - $175,000 yearly
