What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and resolve complex real estate issues to support a federal agency's mission
- Conduct public records research and develop business case analyses and stakeholder analyses
- Lead negotiations for land-use agreements, including leases and permits
- Facilitate meetings to develop and execute real estate strategies
- Prepare real estate action plans, decision briefs, and progress reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal property real estate program support
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings
- Significant experience in real estate research, analysis, and preparation of related documents
- Proficiency with software tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Google Earth Pro, and Acrobat Pro
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) training
- Experience in drafting, negotiating, and tracking land-use agreements
- Background in working with professionals such as project managers, environmental specialists, and real estate attorneys
