What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor agent status in real time
- Evaluate large amounts of data
- Adjust intraday forecasts to ensure optimal staffing levels
- Communicate with interpreting and support teams for schedule adjustments
- Perform root-cause analyses to enhance forecast accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum one (1) year working experience with contact center analysis
- Minimum of one (1) years of experience in trend analysis
- Intermediate knowledge of call center management
- Experience with forecasting/scheduling software
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in American Sign Language
- Familiarity with Deaf culture
- Experience with Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) technology
