      The position
      In this role, you will oversee managing real-world evidence planning, execution and analyses within the assigned area of specialisation, along with partners and vendors to improve patient care and respond to business needs in alignment with the company’s evidence generation plan. The main scope of accountabilities includes but is not limited to:

      • Lead the development of evidence generation strategies and interact closely with medical, clinical, regulatory, marketing and sales colleagues to sharpen and implement products’ evidence. Foresee the challenges by competitors’ products, activities or changing marketing dynamics and make timely corrective and preventive actions. Be the key knowledge resource person in allocated area of specialisation and also relevant competitors’ products.
      • Lead and utilize evidence expertise with internal and external stakeholders as a result of a comprehensive analysis of their needs and aiming to anticipate and improve overall patient outcomes.
      • Drive innovation in Real World Evidence (RWE) data by implementing new logical methods, platforms, and technologies to answer research and business questions. Conduct analyses using internal and external real-world data to generate unique disease insights and epidemiological information to improve patient care and support business needs.
      • Prepare study outlines and study protocols, study feasibility, informed consents, and amendments. Provide input to study and project-related documents. Ensure the availability of other study-related documents. Create plans for operational management of real-world studies and ensure timely deliverables. In-charge of initiating and executing tools and activities to ensure the knowledge and needs of evidence are up to date, regarding all aspects of disease, product and therapy relevant to the promotional strategy.
      • Initiate and execute tools and activities to ensure the knowledge and needs of evidence are up to date, regarding all aspects of disease, product and therapy relevant to the promotional strategy with close collaboration with related parties in ensuring that all evidence generation activities and company products conform to regulatory laws and directions as well as maintain relationships with external stakeholders.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related fields.
      • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in contract research organisation, academic institute, or experience in a closely related discipline within pharmaceutical industry.
      • Experience working with longitudinal RWE, non-interventional study, late phase study or database study using retrospective and prospective study methods, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) and related methodology.
      • Good communication in English with Thai proficiency and good presentation skill is required.
