What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Become a subject matter expert on data and its capabilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop new real-world data products
- Monitor data quality and conduct statistical analyses
- Present ad-hoc analyses in response to customer requests
- Develop tools and process improvements for project execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS or MS in a technical field with 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in SQL and R
- Understanding of key statistical concepts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and solve complex problems independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in Healthcare or Oncology
- Designing experiments or developing software tools
- Experience in Python
