ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel is seeking a Rebuild Technician to join our Service & Repair Facility in Ruston, LA. The primary role of the successful candidate will be to dismantle and reassemble Pellet Mill Rolls. Additionally, the candidate must maintain the confidentiality of commercial and technical information when interacting with customers.
What You Will Be Doing
Here’s an overview of your responsibilities and how you can leverage your expertise:· Perform all assigned duties in a safe and efficient manner at all times;
· Use various types of precision measuring instruments, such as dial indicators, verniers, and micrometers;
· Receive, evaluate, disassemble and reassemble Pellet Mill Roller assemblies using a 200-ton hydraulic and other equipment;
· Use overhead cranes and forklifts for materials handling and loading / unloading trucks;
· Track materials used per shop order, monitor inventory, identify / requisition parts to maintain stock;
· Package Rollers for return to customer;
· Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times;
· Perform all other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
When selecting candidates, we will be looking for the following essential skills, abilities, and experience:
· Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education
· Minimum: Previous work experience in an industrial setting
· Desirable: Previous experience with precision measurement instruments, operation of overhead cranes, and forklift.
