      Document & Business Solutions is the company’s primary office-based services provider for the firm, globally, operating across Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and North America in more than 50 cities. Document & Business Solutions is responsible for providing vital products and services, including but not limited to, creative & design, document creation/print/copy, mail distribution, messenger, courier, and fulfillment scanning and archiving. Additionally, Document & Business Solutions manages a suite of products, including, SmartPrint (floor printers), mail digitization and online service platform.

      As a Receipt & Distribution Specialist in the Document & Business Solutions team, you will sort, scan, and distribute mail and packages, ensuring efficient processing through the Digimail application and collaboration with courier companies. You will manage inventory, operate mailroom equipment, and monitor client order processes to ensure timely completion of tasks. Your role is crucial in maintaining seamless mailroom operations and resolving discrepancies to support the organization's communication and logistical needs.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Sort and distribute mail, packages and other correspondence for employees and departments.
      • Scan of incoming mail and distribution through Digimail application.
      • Process outgoing shipments.
      • Collaborate with courier companies and postal agency as needed
      • Perform administrative tasks including reporting as required.
      • Familiarize with mailroom equipment and processes for added advantage.
      • Manage inventory effectively.
      • Identify non-compliant activities, resolve discrepancies and escalate as appropriate.
      • Manage mailroom counter operations Other duties as assigned.
      • Operate functional equipment; including printing, scanning, and other equipment, as applicable.
      • Monitor Client order process (email, project drop-off, etc.) and inbound work queues to ensure that all incoming jobs are processed in a timely manner.

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

      • Good customer service skills, attentiveness, able to interact positively and pleasantly.
      • Self-motivated with proven ability to learn and to seek and participate in cross training opportunities
      • Ability to follow directions, show initiative, work and perform duties under minimal supervision, and follow through on tasks.
      • Understanding and use of Microsoft Office products; (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook; including email & calendar).
      • Strong priority management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
      • High degree of self-motivation with excellent attention to detail
      • Basic understanding of risk and control for the activities responsible.
      • Must be comfortable with and have a solid understanding of basic business technology.
      • Able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment.
      • Good oral and written communication skills.
      • Ability to perform with ambiguous and/or changing direction.

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

      • At least a high school diploma or equivalent work experience related in digital imaging in a bank environment.
      • Good oral and written communication skills.
      • Intermediate understanding and use of Microsoft Office products; (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook; including email & calendar).
      • Communicates in clear and timely ways; adjusts communication style to different audiences and seeks diverse perspectives.
      • Ability to learn processes and technology quickly.
      • Basic understanding of risk and control for the activities responsible.
      • Prior experience in a production environment preferred.
