- One (1) year working specifically in a Healthcare Supply Chain and Distribution environment is preferred.
- Experience with vendor management software and in-person (customer service) interactions.
- Specific Pyxis experience
- Mobile Supply Chain Management (MSCM)
- Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Operations/Management
- Performs physical and clerical tasks associated with shipment and receipt of supplies and finished products. Verify shipping records and corrects packaging lists and labeling.
- Responsible for the receipt and reconciliation of all supplies delivered daily. Verifies quantities and conditions of goods against freight bills and packing slips.
- Prompt delivery of product daily to end users in addition, must obtain signatures for all products as proof of delivery. Vigilant special handling of items such as electrical equipment, hazardous products and refrigerated/express products.
- Ability to operate vehicles of various sizes.
- Linking packing slips using ImageNow and Lawson.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Minimum of one (1) year receiving experience directly involved in receiving operations within a healthcare facility, medical durable goods management, educational facility or similar supplier/distribution business.
- Valid Driver's License required (must obtain a Florida Driver's License within 6 months of employment).
- Use of material handling equipment.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to operate vehicles of various sizes.
- Good customer service skills/telephone etiquette.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
