Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and emails, providing initial support for customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department. You will greet and assist visitors and vendors in a professional and friendly manner. Your role will include supporting the Customer Experience and Operations teams with tasks such as quoting, processing sales orders, responding to invoice inquiries, and tracking relevant information. Additionally, you will handle general administrative tasks, maintain office supplies, manage mail and packages, and plan and schedule meetings and office events.

Work Environment
The work environment is friendly and collaborative, with regular office hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 or 4:30 PM, onsite. You will work closely with a Customer Support Specialist and other onsite teams, while the Customer Support, Finance, and Tech teams operate in a hybrid environment. There is a possibility of being hired directly after the temporary period.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
