- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in three subjects including English and Mathematics Grade A-D or equivalent experience to demonstrate good numeracy or literacy skills.
- NVQ Level 2 in customer care/admin

- Experience of Systm One / Emis.

Job summary
The post will involve working as part of a small reception and admin team to provide a combination of reception work and general practice administration. Excellent customer service skills, good telephone manner and strict confidentiality are essential. Experience of working as a receptionist and administrator in a GP practice setting is preferred.
