What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors entering the office
- Manage badge distribution for employees, visitors, and guests
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
- Assist with inventory management of office and coffee supplies
- Participate in building facility inspections and safety committee activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
- Ability to lift up to ~25 lbs
