      Job Summary

      Greet and attend to visitors, answer and route phone calls, and deal with inquiries on the phone and face-to-face. Process incoming and outgoing mail and manage the mail/copy room. Provide clerical support to other departments as needed

      Main Responsibilities

      • Greet visitors to the Company
      • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
      • Open, stamp, and distribute incoming mail daily
      • Stamp and prepare outgoing mail for delivery to the post office
      • Prepare reports, presentations, letters, memos, analysis, etc., as directed
      • Maintain office phone list
      • Order office supplies as needed/requested
      • Tidy and maintain mail room supplies, mail room, and lobby
      • Keep copiers stocked and assist with special needs concerning the copier function
      • Take and relay phone and email messages
      • Provide general clerical support as needed to departments, seeking direction from the Office Manager
      • Order and maintain supply levels and cleanliness in the kitchen and breakrooms

      Knowledge, Experience, Education, Skills Required

      • Knowledge of administration and clerical procedures
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Computer literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
      • Personal initiative and reliability
      • High school diploma required
      • This is an on-site role, 8- hours a day
      • Excellent interpersonal skills
      • High level of professionalism

      Physical Requirements

      • Use hands and fingers
      • Stand, walk, and reach with arms and hands
      • Climb or balance, stoop, kneel and crouch
      • Sit for periods
      • See well (either naturally or with correction)

      Compensation and Benefits

      • Compensation range of $25 to $30 (DOE) hourly rate, plus discretionary annual bonus
      • Work-Life balance 20 days PTO, 11 paid holidays annually and various leave work early days
