      Job summary

      This is an opportunity to make a difference by supporting colleagues and helping patients in our Oral, Maxillofacial Surgery and Orthodontic Department.

      We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and proactive individual who has exceptional multi-tasking skills to assist the smooth running of a busy reception area and be the first point of contact when patients arrive for their appointments.

      Main duties of the job

      This role will involve a mixture of reception and administration duties including greeting patients, entering information onto Millennium, booking appointments, making/receiving telephone calls and other administrative duties as required. The role is intended to be flexible.

      Competent computer skills are essential and a cheerful, friendly and flexible approach to the workload is necessary. This is a busy role which will involve multi-tasking with ever changing priorities.
