The receptionist courteously greets and directs visitors appropriately. Politely and accurately operates switchboard. Timely and accurately performs clerical functions. Because you are always in contact with residents and families, and to guarantee their satisfaction, this position requires tact, sensitivity and professionalism.

Education: High School Diploma
Skills: Ability to operate switchboard, previous experience with multi-line system; Excellent PC skills with spreadsheet and word processing experience; Working knowledge of copier, fax machine printers; Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms; Demonstrated ability to interact with a range of people in an open, friendly, customer-oriented manner; Ability to work independently
