Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for the following on a day to day basis. Standard reception duties: Answering phones. Taking messages. Transferring calls, Greeting guests, Issuing visitors badges, Assisting onsite admin, Backup for print production/mailroom, Minimal data entry, Monitoring services email and responding.
Someone who is Professional in demeanor and appearance, Skilled in service oriented roles, Previous admin/reception experience a plus, Strong communications skills. Both verbal and written, Organized will be successful in this role.
Parking passes are issued by the client.
