Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and on the telephone.

Book, amend, and cancel appointments using the clinical system (e.g. EMIS).

Handle patient enquiries and provide appropriate information or support.

This role involves working across both of our practices as a vital first point of contact for our patients. Youll be responsible for booking appointments, handling enquiries, and providing general clerical support as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
