      Position Details

      What you will do?

      As the Receptionist you will provide office support services, internal and external customer support, and the completion of timely documentation as required. This position serves as the initial point of contact to visitors both in person and via the phone.

      This position will work the hours of 1:00-5:00pm for summer, 2:00pm-6:00pm for after-school and occasional evenings or weekends for special events.

      • Providing office support services as required, including word processing, spreadsheet maintenance, receptionist activities and basic administrative tasks.
      • Responding to incoming calls and forward to the appropriate individual.
      • Greeting clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
      • Overseeing general office supplies, including forms and other materials.
      • Preparing and distributing mail as needed.
      • Providing assistance in completing a variety of agency projects.

      Qualifications & Program Information


      What you need:

      You will need a High School Diploma or GED plus a minimum of one year clerical or administrative experience is required. Additional requirements include:

      • Basic to intermediate computer skills in a MS Office environment
      • Effective organizational skills
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills
