We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Edina, MN! This role would act as the first point of contact for senior age residents, families, visitors, and staff at our Senior Assisted Living facility. This position is responsible for clerical support to all departments needing assistance and will answer phones, greet visitors, and vendors.

This schedule includes;

• 32 hours every two weeks ; part-time
• Thursday and Friday 4pm-8pm ; every other Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Responsibilities:

• Supervise security of the facility by unlocking entrances and supervising those entering and exiting
• Perform clerical duties for various departments such as; mailings, petty cash account, distributing mail and transactions with resident funds
• Respond to medical, fire, maintenance, and security emergencies per building policies and procedures

Preferred:

• Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to type accurately and efficiently
• Strong customer service proficiency
• High-level verbal and written communication skills
• Basic math skills
