Job Description
- Req#: JP-005295409
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls (10–20 calls daily)
- Respond to voicemails or transfer messages to appropriate managers
- Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Prepare outgoing mail, including postage and use of postage machine
- Print and mail internal letters and documents
- Communicate with internal staff via Microsoft Outlook
- Assist with basic data entry and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with the mailroom associate and report to the HR Director
- 2+ years of experience in a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word (basic Excel exposure is a plus)
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Familiarity with order entry or invoice processing

Position Overview
This company is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to
join our team in Glendale Heights, IL. This role is ideal for someone with
strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and a proactive
attitude. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers,
while supporting internal administrative functions.

Duration: 3 month contract
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
