One role is every Saturday and Sunday from 3:00pm – 11:00pm
The 2nd position is the same role but only looking for someone to be on call so they have someone already trained and can step in if someone calls out or has a vacation.

Position: Front Desk Receptionist.

Hours: Saturday & Sundays from 3:00PM - 11:00PM.

Duration: Temp to Perm

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Duties:

Majority of it is clerical work such as, answering phones.
They have cameras all over the facility, so the Receptionist will monitor the cameras and also let people in the building (during hours when the door is locked).
All of the apartments have an emergency alarm. If a resident falls or something happens, they can pull the alarm. Once the alarm is pulled, the Front Desk Receptionist gets notified. The Receptionist will respond and go to the apartment and assess the situation. Will call 911 on their behalf or nonemergency depending on the situation. The Receptionist will not be lifting or touching the person, no CPR or anything, just calling whoever needs to be called based on the situation.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Word & Outlook.
Customer service skills - someone who can deal with residents.
Someone who can walk up and down the stairs and doesn’t mind significant walking at times. (They have 3 buildings that are all connected so there can be significant walking and in case of a fire alarm, the person needs to be able to walk up and down the stairs.

Looking for:

Someone with general reception/clerical background.

They will be on their own with no staff members, so this person needs to be self-directed. (they will have Maintenance or Director of Facilities to call if need help)

The shifts they have the Receptionists work are:

7:00AM – 3:00PM
3:00PM – 11:00PM
11:00PM – 7:00AM
If the on-call person works overnight, they will receive an additional dollar per hour.

Candidate must pass a State Wide criminal background that checks the past 7 years

Candidate must also pass a Drug Screen, Physical (ensure they can perform the duties), TB Skin test, & a Covid test – all done by their Nurse Practicioner. (They check for marijuana and illegal substances for the drug screen)
