- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and vendors.
- Inform of testing center arrivals and other guests
- Sort and distribute mail and packages for staff and students
- Receive payments, distribute checks, and invoice customers as needed
- Create and help out with PowerPoint presentations for company announcement screens
- Make announcements regarding monthly events and help with creating posters (if needed)
- Clean briefing room whiteboards and stock supplies as needed
- Process fuel records and update fuel surcharges
- Collect cash/check payments
- Oversee company printers, phone equipment and plants
- Schedule rooms on Flight Schedule Pro
- Maintain reception and lobby area for cleanliness
- Report facility maintenance and IT requests to the appropriate departments
- Help Student Services with documents scanning, saving and other tasks
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- 3+ years of reception/administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Effective at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service driven
- Ability to handle, organize and prioritize multiple requests within tight deadlines
- Pleasant and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

An organized and friendly “first contact” for a busy international flight school. Responsible for managing the front desk by answering incoming calls, assisting customers and guests, performing a variety of clerical tasks, offering administrative support across the organization, and ensuring exceptional customer care.
