      American Leadership Academy is currently accepting applications for a Receptionist for our Sierra Vista Elementary School for the 2024-2025 academic school year. Candidates must possess, or be willing to obtain, a current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.


      Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

      • Greet and be the face of ALA, show a great attitude, a “Yes” mentality and an “eager to help” demeanor
      • Keep the front office orderly, calm, clean and organized
      • Answer enrollment questions, and facilitate enrollment process
      • Maintain confidentiality for students, parents and staff
      • Ensure proper student/visitor sign in and out
      • Daily attendance
      • General administrative and clerical support
      • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
      • Assorted filing and data entry
      • Have a working knowledge of school policies, procedures and events for the purpose of communicating information
      • Adhere to timelines/deadlines
      • Money handling responsibilities
      • Tasks assigned by management
      • Working knowledge of MS Office
      • First Responder (CPR/First Aid certified)
