Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or individuals

Greet visitors, issue/collect identification badges, and guide them to appropriate areas

Support department heads with typing, filing, correspondence, and administrative reports

Assist with payroll and administrative duties as needed
-
Manage resident listings, emergency contacts, department extensions, and key personnel files
-
Track important dates for contracts, renewals, and administrative deadlines
-
Operate office equipment (copiers, telephone systems, paging systems, etc.)
-
Order and replenish office supplies, track usage, and request equipment repairs as necessary
-
Sort and distribute incoming mail
-
Facilitate background checks and screenings for new personnel, contractors, volunteers, and business associates
-
Support Staff Development Coordinator by helping track CEUs, licensure, and background check documentation
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Prior experience with clerical, telephone, and computer tasks
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
-
Ability to operate general office equipment and multitask in a busy environment

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
