- Greet all visitors that come into the office Maintain tidiness of lobby and common areas
- Assist customers with service requests by phone and email, process policy changes, assist with billing and claims
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail Identify opportunities to engage with customer
- Enthusiastically engage in company culture and corporate goals Identify complex requests and triage to designated service team or carrier
- Maintain updated customer file including policy information, correspondence, and contact information
- Marietta, GA
- Willing to obtain P&C License
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry would be a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Displays superior customer service skills
- Displays professional and cheerful presentation
- Must be a self-starter with attention to detail and time management skills
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong typing skills
