- Greet and assist walk-in visitors with exceptional customer service
- Answer multi-line phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Process and distribute incoming mail and documentation
- Handle cash and other payments accurately
- Communicate clearly with internal staff and management regarding patient and visitor needs
- Support the Revenue Cycle team with clerical tasks and transport paperwork
- Attend mandatory meetings and trainings
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of patient information per HIPAA guidelines

Mercy Flights is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to join our Revenue Cycle department. This front desk role is key to creating a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff, while providing essential administrative and customer service support.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Education : High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a front desk/receptionist role (preferred)
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),
Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with standard office equipment (copiers, postage machines, calculators)
Basic math skills for handling cash and calculating figures
