Answer and route incoming and in-house calls; take messages as needed
Perform clerical support including proofreading, letter and label preparation, data entry, envelope stuffing, filing, and copying
Sort checks and loss runs
Other administrative duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent required
Professional demeanor and phone presence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple-line phones and voicemail

Receptionist
Location: Metairie, LA Schedule: In-office | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM⏱️ Hours: 37.5 hours per week Pay: $16.00 per hour
