      Responsibilities

      Brasfield & Gorrie, a recognized leader in the construction industry, has an exciting opportunity available for a front desk receptionist in Jacksonville, FL. The responsibilities and essential duties of the role include but are not limited to the following:

      • Professionally answer all incoming calls and ensure they are redirected accordingly
      • Greeting guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
      • Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information
      • Receive, sort and forward incoming mail daily and take outgoing mail to mailbox daily before it is picked up
      • Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of courier mail and express mail services
      • Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
      • Update and distribute various directories and lists on a monthly basis
      • Maintain the calendar of conference room appointments and training room events
      • Recording Notice to Owners
      • Other duties and projects assigned

      Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience

      • High School Diploma or GED required
      • Minimum of 1-3 years of administrative experience in an office environment
      • Customer service driven
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments with competing deadlines
      • Team oriented
      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      • Self-starter
