      Schedule:

      • Monday – Thursday 2pm – 8:30pm

      Position Purpose:

      Perform receptionist and switchboard duties and miscellaneous clerical tasks.

      Job Requirements:

      • High school diploma or GED
      • Reception experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
      • General clerical training or experience
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills

      Essential Responsibilities:

      • Work hours assigned by leadership and be available to work additional hours when
      • Respond to all incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate parties or taking messages as necessary.
      • Welcome all visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate parties or locations.
      • Perform miscellaneous clerical duties as
      • Answer calls from the inquiry line and direct as
      • Serve as a member of the Clerical Team and participate in all team meetings and
      • Understand and comply with all the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of
      • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every
      • Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing
      • Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by

      Pay: Based on education, experience, and credentials

      • Starting Pay:
        • $18/hour

      Work Location: Rosecrance Ware Center

      • Onsite
