Job Description
- Req#: 25-32452
- Greet and assist guests and visitors as they arrive
- Notify staff of appointment arrivals and escort guests to appropriate rooms
- Provide information about services, products, and directions
- Report customer service or security issues to management promptly
- Handle belongings received from families and follow chain of custody procedures
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- Maintain a comfortable waiting area, serve beverages, and ensure tidiness
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain electronic and paper records (e.g., deeds and trust files)
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as typing, proofreading, data entry, or printing
- Proficient in operating standard office equipment (phone, fax, copier)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Clear and professional verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially in sensitive or confidential situations
- Ability to remain calm, poised, and diplomatic under pressure
- Flexible to work occasional weekends and extended hours
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of general office, receptionist, or administrative support experience preferred

Pay: $20-$21/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday; 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (some Saturdays and Sundays required)
