Job summary
We are looking to recruit a new receptionist to join our team. The role is an extremely busy one and always interesting. No two days or patients are ever the same and dealing with the challenges this brings is very rewarding. You will be joining an established team of experienced receptionists who are always happy to help you learn your new role and settle in.
Main duties of the job
The main duties are dealing with any enquiries from our patients either face to face at the reception desk or on the telephone, including booking appointments for our clinical team, dealing with any post and keeping on top of the daily task list sent by the clinicians. You will also be dealing with repeat medication requests on our web site or the internal email system.
About us
We have 17,000 patients on our list and over 50 members of staff including GP's, Nurses, HAC's, Physician Associate, Paramedic, Physio, reception and administration. We are always patient focused and strive as a team to make this a friendly place to work.
We are based at two sites and all staff work across both these sites. We provide a uniform and five weeks annual leave and bank holidays.
